Hello and welcome to my new home of cooking and gardening adventures.

I’m Trinity and I live, eat, cook and teach in Melbourne Australia. I spend my workdays teaching kitchen and garden classes in my local community. When I’m not doing that, I dream of what to cook next. I love discovering new ingredients and finding grocery stores that specialise in different cuisines.
